Unibanco and its associated companies Fininvest, LuizaCred, PontoCred and Tecban
(operator of Banco 24 Horas, a multi-bank ATM machine network), offer a network
of 15,938 service outlets: 895 branches and in-store branches (inside supermarkets
and stores), 380 corporate-site branches, 253 Fininvest stores, 11,241 Fininvest
points-of-sale (retailers), 250 LuizaCred stores, 339 PontoCred stores and 2,580
Banco 24 Horas sites. It also counts on 7,455 ATM machines and the whole gamut
of 30 Hours services, including phone and internet banking.

International Presence
Unibanco operates in international markets not only to serve foreign clients
interested in Brazil, but also to offer its domestic clients efficient, immediate
access to international markets resources.
The foreign configuration comprises a representation office and securities
firm in New York and a banking subsidiary in Luxembourg. These operations are
in charge of distribution strategies for Brazilian bonds and equities, deal-origination
based upon relationships with foreign corporations and maintaining the relationships
with correspondent banks and their clients, in addition to support to Brazil-based
corporate and private banking clients in their initiatives abroad.
The subsidiaries and branches in Grand Cayman, Nassau and Luxembourg are responsible
for the issuance of foreign-currency denominated securities; structuring external
financing facilities for Unibanco various activities in Brazil and abroad; carrying
out international treasury operations and the operations related to international
private banking activities.
Unibanco also operates in Paraguay, through Interbanco, one of that country's
major full-service banks.
