Unibanco in 2004 posed a new challenge to its staff, internally known as 2-10-20.
The goal is to reach, by 2006, R$2 billion in net income, R$10 billion in net
equity and a 20% return on average equity. A powerful endomarketing campaign,
throughout the year, reached out to the whole staff to inform and rally their
support and commitment.
